Three True Rascals

Life moves on, so what if relations are separated by physical miles

Life moves on, so what if the same legs which used to drop in at my friends place no more moves there

Life moves on, so what if the same eyes, which used to peep into my neighbor’s desk every morning turns a blind eye

Life moves on, so what if the same ears which was used to the
call “Naveen” “Naveen”…many times a day stops listening the same

Life moves on, so what if the same taste buds used to have coffee with the two rascals doesn’t feel that taste

Life moves on, so what, if the same nostrils used to be a passive smoker of one rascal now sighs in relief now

Life moves on, so what if many who were jealous of my relation with one of the rascals no more feel so, indeed happy

Life moves on, so what all the morning gossips on the tea table stops from Monday Sept 20th

Life moves on, so what if I don’t send/receive any msg on weekday mornings on whereabouts of one rascal

Life moves on, so what if I don’t have someone to measure the sugar in my coffee

Life moves on, so what if I don’t get to munch on homemade sandwiches and friedrices

Life moves on, so what If I don’t have to show my Aeropostale T-shirt to one rascal

Life moves on, so what if I don’t have a partner to have KFC chickens anymore

Life moves on so what if I have decided not have KFC with anyone else other than one rascal going ahead

Life moves on, so what if my speed buds stops experiencing the thrill of driving a Swift

Life moves on, so what if I don’t have a another chance to be a Bakri killer on the famed Pondy trip with two rascals

Life moves on, so what if I no more go to Sarovar to celebrate the magic Friday’s

Life moves on, so what if I don’t have to taste wine again after a long time

Life moves on, so what if I don’t get receive botched up sms reminder about events which were excuses for our parties

Life moves on, so what if I no more send/receive reminders of Casual dress code at workplace

Life moves on, so what if I don’t have someone to talk about Rajini sir and his famous antics

Life moves on so what if I don’t have some to call me Raveena, C-Man, Ice Man…

Life moves on so what if all three rascals have pledged not to visit Sarovar with anyone else

Life moves on, so what I don’t get to dance on deserted highways in beautiful drizzles

Life moves on, so what if there is no one to puke or doze off when I am enjoying the drive

Life moves on, so what even if it is cruel

Sept 3rd 2010 a wonder Friday to commemorate the separation of three rascals, each on their own way…

They will reach their destined goals, they are too good and will surely mess up many lives, also are smart to lighten many minds…

Life truly moves on and has to move on……..!!!

Life moves even If Rascal Jonty is separated from Rascal ‘D’ and Rascal ‘L’ physically

The two lovely rascals, who added so much color to everyone's life around them…are on their way out.

Like all parting hearts we wish to meet very often, which is heart-oath but controlled by circumstances…

We are sure to miss each other, but never far away to relive so much and so much and so much...

No wonder Life has to be momentous especially with friends like the two rascals….it has been ‘moment’ filled life of ‘ou(r)s’ momentous….!!!

Some relationships lasts longer than anything in this world and am proud to say ours would be one irrespective of where it ends, because it would never end…..

Date with Kids from an NGO : Sept 03rd 2010

Seldom does events live upto it expectations, a rationale for that was the Testing CoE date with NAB kids (I hate them to call visually challenged) last friday. With so much build up to the event, I must confess the experience was something to be felt.

Our visit kicked off simultaneously from both locations post lunch, reached the school where NAB kids had assembled by 2:30 PM. The enthusiasm around the vicinity was very evident as we were sporting our volunteer T-shirts and were shining bright.

A bunch of 45 lovely kids from various locations greeted us, as always had to go through a round of speeches from various 'dignitaries', but as things settled down, our volunteers got a chance to interact with the kids and sooner than later all were at home. To start with, we split the group into two(kids and volunteers) and separate activities were conducted in different classrooms.

Starting with introductions, songs, dance, a great start off the block.

Volunteers had got a ball to play a kind of musical chair game with the ball, the game was well received by the kids, lots of special talent were on show, some noteworthy below:

Sangita, had recited a portion of Bhagavad-Gita, not sure how many would do that :)
Srinivas, another kid was an avid singer and was rocking from the word go.
Another kid, she spoke multi languages through her eyes, only because she was unable to talk and her smiles were brighter than any constellations....!!!

The day culminated with volunteers distributing Target bags, the cheer on the kids faces lightened up everyone’s day. All in all the team had a nice time, I would say a satisfying time, something to cherish for long. Atleast that couple of hours there was an effort to make a difference , albeit a small one though.

How can I can end without noting the stellar job the teaching staff perform? They are the real hero's and always behind the scenes. It was then ironic that we staged this event couple of days before the Teachers day(Sept 5th ). We only contribute and devote our time, but the teachers have extended the definition of life beyond what we can thin, forget doing it...

"Million voices can be heard, but everything is mute in-front of Inner voice"....!!!, guess we heard some that day....

A successful date, which left many yearning for more
